GAME Fitness is a women owned and operated personal training and small group fitness service. We aim to inspire women of all ages and fitness abilities to gain strength and confidence through resistance training. Our personal training programs will get you strong and toned in a safe and efficient manner. Our group fitness classes offer a mix of our strength training model along with a cardiovascular conditioning workouts meant to boost your metabolism and keep you burning fat and building muscle.
We are Certified Personal Trainers through the accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine. We are also certified Women’s Coaching Specialists through the Girls Gone Strong Academy, Youth Fitness Specialists, Fitness Nutrition Specialists and we are sisters!
We aim to help clients reach their fitness goals safely and effectively, while learning about their body and how it feels to move and fuel it properly. We hope to encourage individuals who may not feel comfortable going to a gym or have never stepped foot in a gym, that lifting weights is for everyone!

Fitness and nutrition go hand and hand. You need both to have success and we have the tools to guide you on how to fuel your body, reach your goals and maintain a healthy, balanced relationship with food.

Personal training in a group setting. Step into our women’s weightlifting group and redefine your strength. This session starts with full body strength training in a circuit style and finishes with a cardio conditioning workout. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, join us as we sculpt muscles, shatter stereotypes and celebrate the incredible strength of women!

Jessica Wehry is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Youth Exercise Specialist through NASM. Through 10 years of exercise and nutrition, she has been able to take off and keep off 75 pounds. She loves strength training because it quiets worries and everyday stress. It is just her and the weights. Her passion is helping women know how strong, and capable they are, and that they can achieve anything.

Sarah Walker is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Over the years she has lost 100 lbs and maintained that loss through balanced fitness and nutrition. She loves strength training because it is a stress reliever and being strong is a powerful feeling. Her passion is helping women find their confidence in strength training and achieving optimal health through balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
